Payment is made upfront via PayPal. Work will not begin until full payment has been received.
Refunds cannot be issued in full once work has already started.
TAT (turn around time) is 4 weeks, in case of delays, I will always inform you.
Changes Once a WIP (work-in-progress) has been confirmed/approved by the client, the artwork is considered accepted at that stage. Any changes requested after WIP approval will require an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the revision. Alternatively, the client may choose to keep the artwork as approved with no further changes.
Pickiness Please do not be excessively picky; clear communication from the beginning is appreciated.
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (e.g. prints, wallpapers, profile pictures, personal shirts).
Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not earn money with my artwork in any form.
